Bob Deeks
Bob started building homes in 1993. Bob has a passion for innovation in housing technology, and this has led to his current involvement in the Canadian Home Builders Association as Chair of the National Technical Research Committee and Vice Chair role for the Net Zero Housing Council. In his spare time, Bob enjoys participating in a variety of sports.

Jake Nichols
Jake, originally from Australia, graduated from the University of Melbourne with a degree in construction management. He completed this while simultaneously working in an array of positions within the construction industry. In Australia, he worked as a project manager on heritage restorations and high-end suite constructions. Jake has a passion for sustainable construction and building high-quality homes. He is always looking for opportunities to improve his knowledge of the construction process and streamline RDC Fine Homes’ project management methodology. Based in Squamish he enjoys keeping himself busy so when he’s not at work you will find him snowboarding, mountain biking or renovating his own place!

Saki Ozkaran

Andy Caie
Andy, originally from the UK, spent 13 years working as an Electrical Engineer in Brisbane Australia. He worked on a broad range of commercial & light industrial projects.
He has been travelling between Australia and Whistler for the last 7 years. He relocated permanently to Canada in 2018 and transitioned from electrical engineering to building construction with RDC as a Project Manager.
Andy has interests in integrated project delivery systems, green building concepts and energy-efficient construction. Outside of work, you will find him mountain biking around Squamish and Whistler or in winter snowboarding on Whistler.

Tim McBride, PMP
Tim immigrated to Canada 15 years ago and has been a long-term resident of Whistler and the Sea to Sky after falling in love with the mountains. After 10 years working in the ski industry as a manager, he turned his focus and skills to the construction industry. Finding his home at RDC Fine Homes. Tim studied Project Management at BCIT and is currently working towards his PMI Project Management Certification.
Outside of work, Tim is a passionate outdoorsman who loves Skiing, Camping, and hiking. His biggest passion is long-distance thru-hiking, and he completed the 2650-mile, Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada in 2019 and is always excited for the next Summer hike.

Erika Gilmour
New to Whistler and the construction industry in 2019 Erika is busy with project administration and sits on the safety committee for RDC. Also keeping her busy during her time off is her very active family. You’ll find them at the hockey arena, soccer pitch and of course, the mountain where everyone enjoys skiing and hiking.

Matt Silvester
Matt hails from the United Kingdom originally and moved to Canada in 2015 after travelling all over the world and deciding it felt most like home. After making this lifestyle a permanent move he began working for RDC, a company with values he truly believes in. Matt’s commitment to completing projects to the highest standard the first time they are undertaken is something he considers paramount.

Zelda Brooks
Zelda is a creative soul with a passion for baking, crafting, and bringing ideas to life. With her background as a red seal baker and expertise in pastry, she adds a touch of sweetness to our team. Born on Vancouver Island and raised in Vancouver, Zelda has been a resident of Whistler for the past 9 years. She has been an invaluable member of RDC Fine Homes for the last 5 years, ensuring that our administrative and accounting tasks run smoothly.

Onur Tezcan
After 4+ years of successful project management at RDC — including a Georgie Award win — Onur was promoted to Director of Sales in 2025. With a background in motorsports and years of hands-on construction experience, he brings a unique, detail-driven approach to client relationships and project delivery. Onur is passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional homes. Outside of work, he enjoys cabin getaways with his family, skiing, and mountain biking.

Joe Robinson
Joe enjoys the great outdoors and spends his free time hiking, walking his dog, and riding bikes. After moving from Ontario, Joe has been a resident of Whistler since early 2022. Originally from England, near Cornwall, he makes it a point to visit his family every two years. As the project manager of our small jobs division, Joe brings his attention to detail and passion for quality to every project he oversees.

Rob Krauter
Rob’s love for mountain biking and trail building is evident in his work as a site supervisor, particularly in the field of renovations. With 14 years of residency in the area, Rob has become intimately familiar with the unique construction challenges of Whistler. Originally from Ontario, his expertise and dedication ensure that every renovation project is executed perfectly.

David Gillespie
David is a driven individual who is currently training for an Ironman triathlon. When he’s not immersed in project management, he can be found kiteboarding, mountain biking, or climbing. Originally from Scotland, just outside Edinburgh, David has been living in the Sea-to-Sky region for over a year and a half since 2021. His strong work ethic and adventurous spirit make him a valuable member of our team.

Gary Clelland
Gary is a dedicated apprentice carpenter who has achieved Red Seal certification. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, biking, and visiting lakes. Born in Scotland but raised in a small town in England, Gary has been a resident of the Sea-to-Sky region for 8 years. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a valuable addition to our team, particularly in the small jobs division.

Banu Ozkaran
With over 17 years of experience in the banking sector, Banu has worked in roles including foreign trade, loan administration, and operations management. She holds a university degree in economics and furthered her expertise with accounting education at BCIT. She joined RDC Fine Homes in July 2022 and is now focused on bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll administration. Banu also holds a PADI CMAS Open Water Diver certification. Outside of work, she’s a proud mother of two and enjoys travelling, camping, and fishing.

Oliver Bone

Erik Peters
Erik is a Site Foreman at RDC Fine Homes, with deep roots in Mount Currie, where he has lived on and off his whole life. A Red Seal Carpenter, Erik brings over 7 years of experience in residential framing and nearly 10 years in industrial and commercial concrete forming to the team.
Beyond work, Erik enjoys playing team sports like basketball and baseball, reflecting his strong team spirit. He values RDC’s focus on teamwork and their supportive, family-oriented culture, where the well-being of employees always comes first. Erik believes this collaborative approach is RDC’s greatest strength, helping them deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining a positive work environment.
