Project Highlights:

Whole‑home transformation — 1980s Whistler residence fully renovated into a modern West Coast luxury home while maintaining structural continuity. 
Light‑enhancing stair redesign — Original enclosed staircases removed and replaced with custom open‑riser stairs to increase natural light flow across both first and second floors. 
Efficient heating upgrade — Outdated, inefficient fireplace replaced with an air‑tight wood stove to improve heat efficiency, reduce your energy expenditure, and open up the living room with its smaller design. 
Deck expansion — Small original deck extended into a wrap‑around deck to enhance outdoor living space.

Entrance repurposing — Unused secondary entrance redesigned as a functional new bedroom. 
Floorplan optimization — Former open first‑floor area divided into two new bedrooms, one game room, and an office to maximize usability and privacy. 
Outdoor storage addition — New shed added to increase organized exterior storage capacity.

Modern kitchen & bath — Brand‑new kitchen and bathroom designed with lighter fixtures and open‑concept layouts to expand visual space. 
West Coast aesthetic — Updated finishes, materials, and lighting choices create a brighter, more inviting modern West Coast feel throughout the home. 
Space‑opening upgrades — Strategic use of lighter colours, improved lighting, and refined detailing enhances flow and elevates the luxury experience. 
Functional space creation - Renovation strategy focused on transforming previously unused or underutilized areas into beautiful, purposeful living spaces that support everyday life.
