In 2008, the Iatan residence won a Georgie Gold Award for Best Residential Renovation under $750,000.
This Whistler renovation was full interior and exterior upgrade of the existing structure. The renovation opened up the living space and modernized the look while still maintaining a log cabin feel. The exterior upgrades improved the energy efficiency of the building providing more comfort for the family.
