RENOVATION GOALS
- Upgrade and redesign original rental condo for personal use
- Upgrade to modern building code where possible
- Improve energy efficiency, thermal comfort, air quality, durability
EFFICIENT USE OF SPACE
- Minimalistic living clients, monochromatic colour scheme adds to spacious appeal
- Laundry closet re-configured to include full size appliances, storage
- Entry way reconfigured to user-friendly design, added bench, custom ski rack/coat system
- New kitchen layout improves function and access
- Attic space converted into living space, bonus room with TV
- Eliminated outdated whirlpool tub to reconfigure master bath

CREATIVITY & FINISHING DETAILS
- Acid washed iron clad fireplace with electric insert custom tempered glass front fireplace
- Kitchen white and woodgrain design, sleek finishes accommodates après ski gathering space around island, improves traffic flow, solid surface island with waterfall edge houses micro; large pantry and convenient desk anchor each end of L shaped cabinet run
- Cable lighting neat, tidy, linear, complements space, improves lighting
- New bathroom fixtures, solid surface tops with under-mount sinks, low flow toilets modernized, bright, clean spacious
- Ensuite floor and walls clad in square marble floor tile for clean, linear, modern look; wall hung vanity with double under-mount sinks, Island soaker tub, glass encased walk in shower, in-floor radiant heat
- Floors engineered oak hardwood
- Installed in-floor heat in entrance
- New carpets
- New base and case throughout, new doors
