Home has a multi-zone HVAC using Dettsons smart-ducts system ensuring even thermal comfort
Despite using the original uninsulated foundation and floor slab home was still able to achieve Net Zero label – exterior of the foundation was excavated and insulated
All home features including HVAC, audio, lighting can be controlled through 2 main keypads

All framing components were prefabricated in advance of construction schedule including walls, roofs and timber frame.
Main living area and media room on 2 nd floor to optimize views mountain and river views and natural daylighting

Despite client adding $750K in changes project competed on-time
