In this update, Bob Deeks – RDC Fine Homes President- details this Whistler home renovation project on Wolverine Creek in Nordic Estates neighbourhood.
RDC Fine Homes’ president Bob Deeks outlines the start of a home renovation in Whistler’s Nordic Estates. This renovation includes adding a wrap-around porch and carport.
Bob Deeks:
“Bob Deeks with the RDC Fine Homes. I am standing at our latest renovation project up here in Nordic Estates in Whistler, British Columbia. We are going to be adding on a carport and a wraparound deck on this classic Whistler build.
As you can see demolition just under the way, shout out to Terracraft Landscaping for doing all the site works, pulling up the driveway and getting us going here.
We’ve got our site signage all set up as well as our COVID-19 best practices for hand washing and physical distancing set up in the background there.
So stay tuned. I’ll have some updates in the next couple weeks as we follow along with this latest RDC renovation.”
In this update, Bob Deeks – RDC Fine Homes President, provides updates in regards to the wrap-around deck, new carport, and increase outdoor living space provided with this home renovation project.
Bob Deeks:
“Hey there, Bob Deeks with RDC Fine Homes, a bit of a rainy day here, early November. Up in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia.
We are at our Wolverine renovation here. Been a while since we’ve made a visit here, you can see we’ve really transformed the front of the house, looking at a big wraparound deck across the front.
And where you see those bags in the plastic and behind that tent there, that’s going to be the new carport, recycling station set up behind. We are about a month away from getting the rest of the guardrails in place.
And there’s some internal works going on that we’ll have a look out a little bit later. But I just wanted to give you a quick update on this transformational project, as we add some really great outdoor living space to the front of this classic Whistler home.
And if you want to get some updates on this, be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel. Thanks.”
In this update, Bob Deeks – RDC Fine Homes President, provides further updates about updates to the outdoor deck (that will add approximately 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space) including timerwork joinery and railings.
Bob Deeks:
“Hey there, Bob Deeks with RDC Fine Homes here up at our Wolverine Crescent deck reno here. Happy 2021. Welcome into the new year everyone. Just a very quick update on this project.
I don’t know if you can really see the difference with all the snow, but the deck framing is complete and the railings are finally getting installed. As I’m sure everybody’s aware, COVID has played a little bit havoc with everybody’s supply chain. And so, the railings that were originally scheduled to be installed well before Christmas have been delayed here, but finally arriving on January the 7th. So, that’ll make everybody happy, including the client, and we’ll really finish this project off.
Some incredible timber work by the RDC team here to really transform the front appearance of this house and about 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space, so stay tuned. I’ll come back one more time in about two weeks and we’ll go through and have a look at some of the interior finishes that were completed as well.”
